'Ms. Pleat Dress' by Onarins is designed with a v-neckline and open back. It has a halter neck straps. The bodice is constructed with subtle gathering at the bust. Stays fitted through the waist before this beautiful silk- piece falls into a slightly flared hem that hits above the ankle and move beautifully as you walk.
